Common Questions
Do I need a Wi-Fi connection?
Wi-Fi is recommended so guests can receive their photos right away. The photo booth can take and save photos without Wi-Fi, but guests will not receive their digital copies until the booth reconnects to Wi-Fi.
Where should I place the booth?
The photo booth must be indoors, inside a fully enclosed building with walls on all sides. Tents, pavilions, and open-sided spaces are not permitted. Choose a flat, level area near a power outlet, with enough room for the booth, your selected backdrop, and guests to pose comfortably.
How long does installation take?
Setup time depends on your selected package and any additional equipment. We’ll coordinate your drop-off and setup time before the event so everything is ready for your scheduled rental.
How do I access the final photos?
Guests can request digital copies directly from the booth. Wi-Fi is needed for delivery; if the booth is offline, photos will be sent once it reconnects. Digital copies are included with every package.
